Employees must complete 26 working days per month, including allowed leaves, to be eligible for their monthly salary. Late attendance is permitted once per month without penalty.
Full salary is provided only upon achieving 90% or more of the monthly targets. Otherwise, employees receive only a monthly allowance. For experienced hires, a minimum of 10% of targets must be achieved; otherwise, salary may be withheld.
All sales team employees are target-based and not salaried. Their earnings depend on meeting sales targets outlined in their agreements.
The company is not responsible for any client interactions by ex-employees after employment ends.
All assets must be returned in good condition upon leaving the company. Employees are responsible for any damages caused to company property.
Sales employees must submit daily and monthly reports and adhere to confidentiality and conduct guidelines with clients.
All employees must comply with these policies. Violations may lead to disciplinary actions, including deductions, suspension, or termination.
